Deskdesign products are exclusive, designed and created by our graphic and fashion designers. The clothes are produced by popular brand names from leading t-shirt producers (and provided by Spreadshirt AG): Hanes, American Apparel, Trigema, Dickies, and the product's high quality grant long lasting results and no fading. If the ordered item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error), then we will obviously take the product back, reimburse your money or send an error-free shirt.
Although most of our products are individually printed, we honour the customer's right to return unworn and unwashed products. We will reimburse the delivery costs for canceled orders valued at or above 40 €.
Safety and privacy.
In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, we uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to encrypt all transmitted data. Your personal data is kept confidential and it's used only if you sign up for the purchase order delivery.
Processing time
Your orders leave production within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed and paid. In order to process your order, the following conditions must be met:
- We have received your payment (through advance payment) or you have provided us with complete and valid payment information (by credit card payment)
- Product is in stock
- Delivery address is complete and correct.
We deliver through Deutsche Post and DHL.
Payment methods
Payment is currently possible using advance payment or credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diner). Only credit card payment ensures that your order is immediately processed and a confirmation email is sent upon completion. Please note: if you choose advance payment, products will only be delivered once payment is received. This may cause a delay of up to 3 working days.
